“David Lamb of Lewis Insulation visited us twice concerning our growing problems with ice dams and offered various solutions to our problem. Earlier this year he came and looked into our attic. He said we did not need any additional insulation, air sealing and air chute work which was done five years ago. In June he came out and provided concrete suggestions to have our soffits opened all around the house and clear any clogged air-chutes , soffits, etc. He said we have a “ventilation” issue, not an insulation problem. We valued his time, knowledge, honesty and his procedural steps we need to take to minimize or eliminate the “hot-spots” caused by not enough air moving through soffits and out through the roof vents. We are very impressed with David and Lewis Insulation and will use them in the future as need be.”
