Check out the insulation rebates offered for 2024!
All residential insulation rebates being offered have one thing in common – they all need to have preferred contractors, who have been trained in & maintain active certification for Residential Building Envelope Whole House Air Leakage Control. This is obtained through the Building Performance Institute. Contractors must have proof of certification and keep it up to date.
We are happy to let you know that Lewis Insulation, Inc. is listed as a preferred contractor for CenterPoint Energy, Xcel Energy & Minnesota Energy Resources.
Below are the guidelines for each rebate for existing homes:
If you pay your gas utility bill to Xcel, you may qualify for the following rebates:
- Air Sealing
40% of total cost up to $600 - Attic Insulation
40% of total cost up to $1,200 - Wall Insulation
40% of total cost up to $1,200
If you pay your gas utility bill to CenterPoint Energy, you may qualify for the following rebates:
- Attic Air Sealing Only
$750 - Air Sealing & Attic Insulation
$1,300 - Wall Insulation
$1,500
If you pay your gas utility bill to Minnesota Energy Resources, you may qualify for the following rebates:
- Air Sealing & Attic Insulation
50% of total cost up to $650 - Wall Insulation
50% of total cost up to $750 (walls must have no pre-existing insulation)
